Welcome Try Scuba Divers!
Please go over the 6 sections below before your scheduled time block, and follow the directions. Once your group has finished going over all the information, please submit the form at the bottom of the page to acknowledge completion
SECTION 1 : MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE
Please review the medical questionnaire. If anyone in your group has a 'yes' on the medical questionnaire, please click on the Diver Medical Form. Please review the entire Diver Medical Form. If you still have a ‘YES’, you will need a physicians signature on the appropriate page. Please bring a copy with you or email a copy to info@catalinascuba.com prior to your booking.
If you have a ‘YES’, you will NOT be able to participate in the water portion of the experience without a physicians signature on the
SECTION 2 : CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Please have every participant click on the link bellow to create an account, and choose Catalina Scuba as your Training Center to begin your diving adventure. Your MySSI account is your digital entry point into the diving world.
Please select Try Scuba under programs to access your course. Your account and course information is also available on the free MySSI app.

SECTION 3 : CANCELLATION POLICY
Catalina Scuba has a strict 72 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us within 72 hours of your booking time. After 72 hours, all sales are final. Please make sure you have your transportation to the island secured. If weather conditions are the cause of cancellation, full refunds will be given to all affected parties.

SECTION 5 : MORE INFO
Your Discover Scuba Diving program is a total of 2 hours long. It will consist of a top-side educational segment and an in-water segment. Depending on your comfort level, the dive will be anywhere between 25-35 minutes. Each participant will be given a full scuba tank to breathe through during the water portion of the program. Once your tank is low, the dive will conclude.
All of our experiences are exclusively conducted at the Avalon City Underwater Dive Park. You will be topside for approximately half your time block.
